CHILDREN & YOUTH
Volunteering at Caitlin’s Smiles – March 26
Volunteering at Caitlin’s Smiles in Harrisburg is very simple and actually a good stress reliever, as we spend two hours assembling the components of craft kits and decorating gift bags for long-term hospitalized children. Our two churches’ next time to go down is March 26, 6-8pm (carpool from church at 5pm). UPDATE: WE HAVE ALL THE VOLUNTEERS WE NEED FOR THIS TIME! HOPE YOU CAN JOIN US NEXT TIME.
One Great Hour of Sharing Offering in March
On March 24, we dedicated our OGHS offering, which helps people in need around the world and in communities impacted by disasters in the United States. Please consider helping with this important UCC offering.
Darlene I. Stiely Graduate Award
This award, established by our church in memory of Darlene I. Stiely, is given each year to one or more graduating high school seniors who are confirmed members of St. Paul’s, pending completion of the application process. The successful award recipient(s) must demonstrate outstanding commitment to school, church, and community. The award is intended to support the student(s) as they go forth in new directions following graduation. For more information, or to receive an application form, please see Pastor Ray. All applications must be completed and returned to the church by April 1.
